The Slopes Information

The Slopes is a private gated community of 120 lots overlooking the Elbow River valley and Pineview golf club, located in the extreme west side of the City of Calgary, Alberta. The community is bordered on the east by Montreau, on the south by Lower Springbank Road, on the west by 101st Street SW and the north by Anatapi/17th Avenue SW. Elevations of the lots vary from 75 to 400 feet above the Elbow river and primarily look SW to West. The lots are designed for maximum views and from most properties are spectacular! The Slopes was developed by Amden Investments Ltd. which began selling lots in 1996. To date, all lots have been sold and less than 15 remain to be built on.
